Maybe you know what you “should” be doing, but you’re struggling to make it stick. Maybe your food feels inconsistent, your training needs more structure, or you want support with body composition, women’s health, medical nutrition therapy, or feeling more confident with food.
At Bloom by Bella, coaching is online and available Australia-wide. You’ll work with Belinda Jones, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Personal Trainer, with support delivered through the Everfit app.

Online Nutrition Coaching
Choose this if food is the main thing you want support with.
Online Nutrition Coaching is for those who want ongoing dietitian support with food habits, meal structure, consistency, medical nutrition therapy where relevant, training nutrition, body goals, women’s health concerns or knowing what to focus on next.
This can be helpful if you’re tired of starting again every Monday, second-guessing your food choices, or feeling like you know what to do but can’t seem to make it work in your actual week.
Together, we’ll look at your routine, appetite, stress, health history, food patterns, training, preferences and capacity. From there, we’ll build practical steps that feel realistic and repeatable.

This option includes:
fortnightly 30-minute online coaching sessions
Everfit app access between sessions
focused habits to practise each fortnight
practical nutrition resources matched to what we’re working on
an off-week progress check-in
brief in-app support for quick questions or clarification
Investment:
$55 per week
Appointment Length:
30 minutes online, fortnightly
Best for:
Those who want regular support with nutrition, not just one appointment and a list of things to figure out alone.

Nutrition + Exercise Coaching
Choose this if you want your food and training support to work together.
Nutrition + Exercise Coaching includes online nutrition coaching plus a structured gym program through Everfit.
This is best if you’re working on strength, consistency, body composition, training confidence, fuelling your workouts, or building a better routine around food and exercise.
You’ll get the nutrition coaching inclusions, plus a structured gym program that is reviewed and updated every 6 weeks.
This option is suited to independent gym goers who feel comfortable with exercise technique and want a program to follow

This option includes:
fortnightly 30-minute online coaching sessions
Everfit app access
focused nutrition habits and resources
off-week progress check-ins
brief in-app support for quick questions or clarification
a structured gym program in Everfit
gym program updates every 6 weeks
Investment:
$80 per week
Appointment Length:

Those who want support with both nutrition and training, especially if body composition, strength, gym consistency or fuelling workouts are part of the goal.

Online Gym Program
Choose this if you want a structured gym program to follow, without nutrition coaching.
The Online Gym Program is for independent gym goers who want their training planned for them through Everfit.
This option is best if you already feel confident with exercise technique, but you want more structure, progression and direction in the gym.

This option can help if you’re:
unsure what to do in the gym
repeating random workouts
wanting a clearer plan
working on strength or body composition
wanting structure without regular coaching appointments
This option includes:
a structured 6-week gym program delivered through the app
6 weeks of app access
clear exercises, sets, reps and progression
workout tracking inside the app
program updates every 6 weeks if you continue
Important to note:
This option doesn’t include nutrition coaching, dietitian appointments, technique coaching or ongoing in-app support.
Investment:
$140 every 6 weeks
Structure:
Your app access runs for the 6-week program period. If you’d like to continue, your next 6-week program block can be updated and renewed.
Best for:
Independent gym goers
who want a clear program to follow, without ongoing nutrition coaching.

Before you book:

This calendar is for coaching and online gym programs only. For dietitian appointments or Medicare appointments, please use the Dietitian Appointments booking page.

For coaching services, the price shown in the booking calendar is the weekly coaching fee.

After booking you'll receive email confirmation and a link to an intake form to be completed prior to your first session.

For card payments there's an additional fee of $1 plus 1.9%.
What Happens After You Book?
Book Your Coaching or Program
Choose the option that matches what you’re starting with: Online Nutrition Coaching, Nutrition + Training Coaching or Online Gym Program.
Complete Your Intake Form
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form so I can understand your goals, health history, food routine, training, barriers and what support will be most helpful. You don’t need perfect answers. Honest is more useful than polished.
Attend Your First Appointment
For coaching, your first appointment is where we talk through what’s been happening, what you want support with, and what feels realistic to start with. We’ll use this session to get clear on your priorities and what your next steps should be.
Get Set Up in the App
After your first appointment, I’ll set you up in the app with the relevant habits, resources, check-ins, tasks or training program. This is where your between-session support lives.
Keep Building With Check-Ins and Appointments
For coaching, support continues with an off-week check-in, then your next fortnightly appointment, then another check-in, and so on. This gives you a regular rhythm of support without needing appointments every week. For online gym programs, you’ll use the app to follow your structured 6-week program, track your workouts and see what to do next.
